FISHING FUN
Evening cruise combining fishing, eeling and Barbequing

This cruise departs from our home on River road (approx 15-20mins from Taupo)
Duration 5 hours. Minimum of 10 pax, maximum 20
Fishing rods and licences supplied
An experienced fishing guide will also accompany you.

Itinerary
6pm: board 'The Riverboat" Waireka and travel upstream to the Pueto stream
for an evening of fun, fishing and eeling.

We have an area of riverbank where those not fishing can sit and relax
and enjoy the setting sun, eating tasty morsels prepared by our crew.

Freshly caught trout can be immediately smoked for you on the riverbank.

Have a BBQ dinner of prime new Zealand steak, freshly grown kumara,
moe moe (maori potatoes) and a selection of salads followed by tea or
coffee and a sweet desert slice.

Wine and beer will be for sale on board the Waireka

Learn a maori song or two

10pm: depart and travel back to River Road where you will disembark
at approx 10.30-11pm

This trip does not operate during the winter months of June, July and
August.


CHARTER FISHING
Fly or Spinning

We also offer a chartered fishing trip for groups of less than ten or
individuals with all of the above options.

A partner programme is available with wine and cheese tasting, clay bird
shooting.

We are happy to cater to your needs, tell us what you want and we will
accommodate you. Times are indicative only, morning noon or night
we will fish.
